Event Description: A rigorous two-day, 115-mile endurance row on a free-flowing river with unmarked and unknown obstacles and hazards, with a mandatory session of introductions, equipment inspections, and instructions the day before the row.
Entry Fee: Entry fee of $150 per participant (coxswains included) is due with entry. $175 after 15 May. Entry fee includes the Friday dinner, rest stop refreshments, dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday, Saturday night campsite, commemorative t-shirt, and way-cool medal by Bill Byrd (if you finish). Entry fees are nonrefundable after 15 April, and checks should be payable to New World Rowing.
Eligibility: All participants must be experienced rowers in superb physical condition with active USRA memberships, including coxswains. All entries are subject to Committee approval.
Deadline: No entries will be considered if postmarked after 20 May. Entry into CPR is limited to 20 boats/crews and/or 50 individuals, and qualifying entries will be accepted in the order received.
